Right of withdrawal (Switzerland)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your HILOWIND order. Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland, we voluntarily offer you a return policy:

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an informal notification by email to: info@hilowind.com
Consequences of the revocation

After receiving your notification and the returned goods, we will refund all payments, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them.
Conditions for returns

We only accept returns of products that are unused, undamaged, and in perfect, like-new condition .

The label and any protective films are still attached and undamaged.
-
The products must be returned in their original packaging with all components (e.g., dust bag, strap).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

personalized products,
-
Products that have already been worn, used, or damaged by customers,

Vouchers,
-
discounted items,
-
Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., already used dog leashes, dog harnesses).
Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HILOWIND by Teresa Baier, Glärnischstrasse 303, info@hilowind.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).
Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.

Additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery offer will not be refunded.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
