General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by private customers via the online shop www.hilowind.com . By placing an order, customers accept these terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as the customer clicks on "Buy now" during the ordering process and receives an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made using any of the payment methods offered in the shop. Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available worldwide, provided it is offered at checkout.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. Delivery times are non-binding unless a binding date has been expressly agreed upon.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of HILOWIND until full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a voluntary return policy of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Personalized products and used items are excluded from the right of return.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us in writing at info@hilowind.com .
9. Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty for defects applies.
10. Data protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate privacy policy at www.hilowind.com/pages/datenschutz .
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office, unless another place of jurisdiction is mandatory.
