Order & Return
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 99. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.
Yes, we also ship within the EU. Please note that for deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs duties or import taxes may apply.Feel free to contact us at info@hilowind.com before placing your order and we will gladly inform you about any potential charges.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping rate of €14.50.
Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to the EU take 5 to 8 business days.
We can change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been packed. Please email us your order number and the updated shipping address at info@hilowind.com. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, changes are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.To be eligible, the return must be registered within this period.Please contact us at info@hilowind.com to initiate your return.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
- Original packaging and all components (e.g., dust bag, strap, hang tags) are complete.
- Labels and any protective films are still attached in their original condition and undamaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the stated conditions or that were not registered in time.
You will receive further information about the individual steps of the return process from us via email after successful registration of your return.
As a young company that places great value on sustainability, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns.Therefore, return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Once your return has arrived in its original, undamaged condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty & Claims
Our products come with a two-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage are excluded.Should you notice a defect, please email us at info@hilowind.com including the following information:
- Your order number
- Brief description of the deficiency
Ideally, with photos documenting the defect.
We will carefully review your request and respond promptly with an appropriate solution.
