Shipping is free for orders over CHF 99. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.
Yes, we also ship within the EU. Please note that for deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs duties or import fees may apply. Please contact us beforehand at info@hilowind.com. We will then be happy to inform you about any applicable fees.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat rate of €14.50 for shipping.
Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to the EU take 5 to 8 business days.
We can gladly change your delivery address as long as your order hasn't been packed yet. Simply send us an email with your order number and the new delivery address to info@hilowind.com. Unfortunately, once you've received a shipping confirmation, changes are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return must be actively registered within this period to be valid. Register your return at info@hilowind.com. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
- Original packaging and all components (e.g., dust bag, strap, hang tags) are complete.
- Labels and any protective films are still attached in their original condition and undamaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the stated conditions or that were not registered in time.
You will receive further information about the individual steps of the return process from us via email after successful registration of your return.
We are a young company that places great value on sustainability. Therefore, we cannot offer free returns. The return shipping costs must be borne entirely by the buyer.
Once your return has arrived in its original, undamaged condition, we will credit the amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
Complaint
Naturally, you are entitled to a two-year warranty on our products. This covers defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship. Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage are excluded.
Should you notice a defect, please send us an email to info@hilowind.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Brief description of the deficiency
Ideally, with photos documenting the defect.
We will review your request as quickly as possible and get back to you with a suitable solution.
